This project preserves and highlights the property's original elements, such as the characteristic Nolla mosaic flooring and the Catalan vault. At the same time, it connects the different spaces through structural reinforcement that allows opening up the environment and bringing natural light into every corner.

The renovation incorporates the creation of an open-plan kitchen that integrates harmoniously with the living-dining room, along with the installation of Italian porcelain floors. This results in a luminous, contemporary, and functional space, without sacrificing the historic character and original essence of the property.
