In accordance with the legislation in force on the protection of personal data, ALEIXANDRE CAP S.L. (hereinafter operating under the trade name Not Only Homes) informs the user(s) (the “User(s)”) of the Website of the Privacy Policy that will apply to the processing of personal data provided by Users when registering on the Website by completing the registration form enabled for this purpose (the “Contact Form”), as well as through any interactions they may have with Not Only Homes.
In order to browse the Website, Users are not required to disclose their personal data. However, in certain cases, Not Only Homes may require specific data in order to provide the requested services.
Completion of the Contact Form by Users, as well as the data provided through any type of interaction with Not Only Homes, necessarily implies full and unreserved knowledge and acceptance of this Privacy Policy, as well as of the Terms of Use. 2.4. What is the legal basis for processing personal data?
- The legal basis for processing data for purpose (b) is the performance of the service provision contract.
- The legal basis for processing data for purposes (a), (c), (d), and (e) is the express consent requested from Users through the mechanism enabled for this purpose. In no case shall the withdrawal of such consent affect the performance of the service provision contract.
2.5. How long will personal data be retained?
Not Only Homes informs Users that their personal data will be retained for the strictly necessary period to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, provided that the User has not revoked their consent, and in any case in accordance with the principle of data minimization set out in the applicable regulations.
In particular, the personal data provided by Users will be retained for the period determined on the basis of the following criteria: (i) legal obligation to retain the data; (ii) duration of the contractual relationship and the handling of any liabilities arising therefrom; (iii) request for deletion by the data subject where applicable; (iv) one year from the receipt of the data provided for the registration of job applications.
